My name is Aron Allen I am a 20-something web/iOS developer looking for some new exciting projects.
I am currently based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Please feel free to browse around – if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me.
My greatest skill is my ability to understand several fields at once: computer science, human interaction, and graphical aesthetics. My range of skills makes me a great mediator, and enables me to quickly get a general picture of both technical and creative challenges.
I have a broad knowledge within the field of iPhone app development. Initiating and facilitating the Copenhagen developer community has been my passion for over four years, which has granted me great understanding of the people and opportunities within the field.

I like to build things, both in Photoshop and in code, My focus is primarily on front-end development. I can turn PSDs into great HTML/CSS, and make cool things happen with jQuery.
I understand the C programming language, the principles of object oriented programming, the prototypical inheritance paradigm of JavaScript, and the importance of committing changes
to Github.
I am passionate about interaction design, I find it more important than the graphical appeal, your product can have a beautiful face, but if people cannot use it, what is it worth?
Interaction design is important on both desktop and mobile, the hard challenge of interaction design often lies between predictability and productivity. Interaction design becomes art when both are achieved.
I love to design webpages and iPhone applications. Spending time on finding the right spacing, colors, curves, and contrasts, is really worth all the extra effort.
I can draw beautiful UI elements and combine several graphical elements into a appealing composition such as a website or an iPhone application.
I have been involved in several iOS and web projects, as a UI-designer, graphics artist and developer.

This site was designed and developed by me, the site is for a Danish importer of Italian liquorice.
My focus was to draw attention to the product by maintaining
a minimalistic design.
I combined several JS and CSS frameworks to create this seamless experience, jQuery, Backbone, and Baseline (CSS).
This project was a collaboration between Radiometer, Identified Object and me. I headed the UI development and design. Identified Object took care of the programming

TopJam was a collaboration between me and Ole Gammelgaard (Shape). Ole already had much of the code ready, he just needed someone to put a pretty face on his application. I did all the UI and 2D-art.
TopJam is an app for pop music lovers, it connects the top 100 US singles, with the most relevant music video on YouTube. Sometimes we can not find a proper video online, but hey, the app is free!
iSki was an application I co-developed while I was at Comprendo. The graphics were done by me and Kenneth Riber (CCO), the programming was done by
Joachim Bondo.
iSki is for your personal ski guide, with a proffesional instruction video that can be viewed on-piste, or enjoyed down hill with audio only.
I was involved in this project before my employment at Comprendo, it was a collabarative between me, Aptocore, and Comprendo. I did the initial concept-design together with Comprendo.
